About

Mindful Movement Pilates has been nine years in the making. I received my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University in 2006. Since becoming a certified Pilates Instructor in 2007 my dream has been to design a welcoming space for all clients to learn and grow while incorporating functional movement into their daily lives. Mindful Movement is more than just about learning Pilates. It is about taking one hour out of your day to breath and appreciate your body and all the wonderful ways it can move.

 

I began my own Pilates practice in 2000 and, as a runner, it helped me immensely. I have worked with many pre/post natal women, post-joint replacement clients, teens, seniors and dancers. I've also had the privilege to train professional NFL player Barry Sims.  I am certified through IM=X Pilates, Mercury Fitness, Preggo Pilates, Balanced Body, and TRX suspension training.

Personalized one-on-one training on the Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformer, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Pilates Arc. Increase your strength, flexibility, balance, and overall stamina while accessing your deep core muscles in the way only Pilates can!

Partner Sessions

Bring a friend and enjoy a challenging circuit style workout on all the Pilates apparatus and TRX. We'll pick up the pace and get your blood pumping while bending, twisting, and jumping leaving you feeling energized for the rest of your day!
